As the Chief Strategy Officer of Johnson Leadership Advisors, I bring over 25 years of dedicated experience in teaching, school leadership, and systems thinking to urban education. My career is defined by a deep commitment to improving academic and organizational outcomes for historically underserved communities.


Throughout my journey as a teacher, principal, and senior administrator, I observed a critical gap in high-needs school systems: a lack of culturally responsive practices and structured accountability. To bridge this divide, I authored Assume Nothing. Teach Everything and developed the ANTE framework to replace vague operational expectations with radical structural clarity.


Holding a PhD in Educational Leadership, alongside certifications in the superintendency and as a Chief School Business Official (Pending), I partner directly with district executives, school boards, and principals. My mission is to help educational leaders move past compliance-driven models and build high-performance, sustainable systems that drive measurable student success.
